What a run usually is

One per table, one per branch, one per room.

One per table

Order-and-pay, or just the menu. Each tile is encoded to its table number, and the run ships with a sheet that says which is which.

One per branch

Review, booking or loyalty tiles across a group. Every location gets its own link, so you can see which branches are getting tapped.

One per room

Hotels, clinics and studios: Wi-Fi, service menus, check-in. Point them at a page you control and change it whenever the offer does.

How a run works

Brief, render, sample, ship.

    Send the brief

    Quantity, material, what each tile should point to, and your artwork if you have it. The form on this page is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Approve the render

    A realistic render of every variant within one business day. Nothing gets cut until you sign it off.

  3. 03

    Sample it in the room

    On runs of 50 or more we send one finished tile first, so you can check the colour and the tap where it will actually live.

  4. 04

    We cut, encode and ship

    Every tile is encoded and tested before it goes in the box, with a sheet mapping each one to its link.

Questions

The things people ask before a run.

Renders within one business day. Runs up to 200 ship about a week after approval; larger runs are quoted with a date.

Yes. Volume pricing counts the whole order, so a mix of table tiles and a few wall pieces still earns the tier.

No. Each tile points at a Shortfield address you can re-point later, so you can order now and set the destinations as you roll out.

Single replacements are made to match the original run, and re-pointing a tile to a new table takes a minute in the dashboard.
